WE SUSPECT THESE OTHER CODE(S) HAVE BEEN CLEARED. WE REMOVED DEF TANK, AND EMPTIED. FILLED DEF TANK WITH KNOWN GOOD DEF FLUID, FLUID LEVEL IS ONLY READING AT 25% FULL, WE TRIED PERFORMING A RESET ON DEF TANK LEVEL – IT WILL NOT RESET AT THIS TIME. WE WERE ABLE TO GET IT OUT OF LOCK OUT MODE (REDUCED SPEED) IT WILL NOW DRIVE ANY SPEED WITH 35 MILES LEFT ON CYCLE, THEN IT WILL LOCK OUT AGAIN. CUSTOMER IS TAKING VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR FURTHER TESTING.

  • UPON INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLT MISSING, THERE IS EXHAUST LEAK ON CYLINDER 6, RECOMMEND REMOVING AND REPLACING EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKETS AND BOLTS.
  • UPON INSPECTION DO NOT HEAR ANYTHING OVER THE EXHAUST, NEED TO REPLACED THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASKETS AND BOLTS AND THEN RE- DRIVE TRUCK TO SEE IF WE CAN HEAR ANY OTHER NOISE.
  • WHEEL HUB – Remove and Replace – 4WD Front,One Side – [Serviced as Wheel Hub Assembly.]
  • UPON INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLTS TO BE MISSING, WHILE REMOVING EXHAUST MANIFOLD FOUND THAT THE EXHAUST WAS TWISTED AND COULD NOT GET THE BOLTS OUT. RECOMMEND NEW MANIFOLD, WHEN TAKING THE BOLTS OUT OF THE HEAD THERE WAS ONE BOLT THAT WAS BROKE ALL READY NUMBER 6 AND AT THE TURBO IT BROKE COMING OUT, FROM HEAT, DRILLED OUT AND RE-THREADED HOLES FOR NEW BOLTS. TEST DROVE AND TRUCK IS NOT MAKING ANY FURTHER NOISE AND IS DRIVING AS DESIGNED AT THIS TIME.
