  • UPON INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE EVAP VACUUM PUMP GASKET (WHICH IS PART OF THE VACUUM PUMP) IS LEAKING, WOULD NEED TO REPAIR THE ENGINE OIL LEAK BEFORE ANY FURTHER TESTING CAN BE PERFORMED DUE TO NO OIL IN THE ENGINE, REPLACED THE EVAP VACUUM PUMP AND O RING, REPLACED THE ENGINE OIL FILTER AND FILLED THE ENGINE OIL TO THE PROPER LEVEL, RETEST, TURN THE VEHICLE OFF IMMEDIATELY DUE TO NOISE, REMOVED THE FAN COVER AND FOUND THAT THE UPPER COVER TO THE TIMING BELT HAS BEEN DAMAGED DUE TO THE TIMING BELT RUBBING A HOLE THRU IT, FOUND ALL OF THE BOLTS TO THE TIMING COVER HAD FALLEN OUT, AND THE RIGHT SIDE ENGINE MOUNT THAT GOES THRU THE TIMING COVER HAD FALLEN OUT DUE TO LOSE BOLTS, THE MOTOR MOUNT HAD WEDGE IT'S SELF BETWEEN THE FRAME AND ENGINE, THIS WAS THE ONLY THING KEEPING THE ENGINE FROM FALLING OUT OF THE CAR, EXTRACTED BROKEN BOLTS OUT OF THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE WHERE TIMING COVER ATTACHES, REPLACED THE TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP, RIGHT SIDE ENGINE MOTOR MOUNT, UPPER TIMING COVER, INSTALLED NEW BOLTS, FILLED THE COOLANT TO THE PROPER FLUID LEVEL REPLACED THE ENGINE AIR FILTER, TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE UP HESPERUS HILL, RECHECK ALL FLUID LEVELS, VEHICLE IS RUNNING OK AT THIS TIME, NO WAY TO KNOW LONG TERM EFFECT ON ENGINE FAILURE MAY HAVE CAUSED

  • INCLUDES LOAD TESTING BATTERY AND CHECK SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL DRAW.
  • REPLACE THE AC CLUTCH RELAY FUSE AND RETEST
  • CUSTOMER STATES THE POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE IS TIGHTEN ALL OF THE WAY DOWN BUT IT IS STILL LOSE
