PERFORMED CHARGING SYSTEM TEST, BATTERY TESTING GOOD, POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL IS AS TIGHT AS IT WILL GO HOWEVER IS LOSE ON THE BATTERY ALTERNATOR TESTING GOOD, PERFORMED DRAW TEST, FOUND THE VEHICLE TO HAVE A 4 AMP DRAW, LET THE VEHICLE PCM GO INTO SLEEP MODE AND STARTED TESTING FUSES, FOUND THE RELAY FOR THE AC CLUTCH SHORTED OUT INTERNALLY CAUSING THE RELAY TO STAY ON, INSTALLED NEW AC CLUTCH RELAY AND RETESTED THE AC SYSTEM, AC IS NOT WORKING, FURTHER INSPECTION WE FOUND PAG OIL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE VEHICLE, RECHARGED THE AC SYSTEM, FOUND THE RINGS AT THE AC COMPRESSOR ARE LEAKING, WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE O-RINGS AND RETEST, INSTALLED NEW O-RINGS ON BOTH AC LINES TO THE AC COMPRESSOR AND RETEST, NO FURTHER LEAKS DETECTED AT THIS TIME, AC IS WORKING, REMOVED THE OLD POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE END AND SOLDERED A NEW POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE END ON, RETEST, POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE IS NO SECURE ON THE POSITIVE BATTERY POST
INCLUDES LOAD TESTING BATTERY AND CHECK SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL DRAW.
REPLACE THE AC CLUTCH RELAY FUSE AND RETEST
CUSTOMER STATES THE POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE IS TIGHTEN ALL OF THE WAY DOWN BUT IT IS STILL LOSE
A/C PERFORMANCE TEST [Includes: Gauge check, leak test and partial charge.]
REPLACE BOTH O-RING IN THE AC LINES TO THE AC COMPRESSOR, RECHARGED THE A/C SYSTEM AND RETEST, NO FURTHER LEAKS FOUND AT THIS TIME
REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACED THE FRONT ROTORS

Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check and top-off all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle. RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT.
REMOVE ALL TIRES, ROTATE FRONT TO REAR, CHECK AIR PRESSURE AND TORQUE LUG NUTS. RESET TIRE SENSORS IF EQUIPPED.
ENGINE AIR FILTER AND CABIN FILTER OK AT THIS TIME
REMOVES CONTAMINATED FLUID FROM THE ENTIRE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. REPLACE FLUID WITH BG BRAKE FLUID.

UPON INSPECTION PERFORMED VAC TEST, AC IS CHARGED TO 1.65 SYSTEM HOLDS 1.65, INSPECTED WIRING, FOUND AC COMPRESSOR NOT CYCLING, CONNECTOR WAS NOT PLUGGED IN ALL OF THE WAY, PLUGGED IT IN AND RETEST, AC IS WORKING AS DESIGNED AT THIS TIME
