  • WE SCANNED FOR CODES: P0402-EGR FLOW EXCESSIVE. THIS CODE SETS WHEN THE PRESSURE RATIO OF THE MAP SENSOR SIGNAL AND THE EXHAUST PRESSURE SENSOR SIGNAL ACROSS THE EGR VALUE IS NOT AS EXPECTED. THE ESTIMATED EGR PERCENT IS GREATER THAN THE MAXIMUM LIMIT FOR THE OPERATING CONDITIONS. WE TESTED THE MAP SENSOR AND FOUND IT FAULTY. WE TRIED CLEANING HE SENSOR WITHOUT SUCCESS. WE REPLACED THE SENSOR, CLEARED THE CODE AND TEST DROVE. THE CODE DID NOT RETURN AND THE ENGINE POWER IS NORMAL.

  • UPON INSPECTION WE CAN HEAR THE NOISE COMING FROM THE TRANSMISSION BELL HOUSING. WE NEED TO REMOVE TRANSMISSION TO REPLACE THIS FLEXPLATE AND WILL INSPECT SURROUNDING AREA FOR ANY DAMAGE.
