  • UPON INSPECTION SCANNED THE VEHICLE FOR TROUBLE CODES, FOUND TROUBLE CODES P0700 Transmission control P0842 Secondary oil pressure sensor circuit low C0045 Transmission control module malfunction C0042 Power supply voltage failure B14A1 Sunload sensor circuit open B2313 Rear radar detect vehicle dynamics control module B2311 Rear Radar detect transmission control module failure B2301 Rear Radar circuit high B1011 Battery power supply control circuit malfunction B1012 Battery backup power supply control circuit malfunction B1013 Ignition power supply failure B1014 Accessory power supply failure B2806 Electronic control module abnormal B2801 Transmission control module abnormal B2809 Vehicle dynamics control abnormal B2A0C DCM performance C2222 Transmitter 2 pressure data abnormal P0700 Transmission control system P0842 Transmission fluid pressure sensor switch A circuit PERFORMED ON DEMAND TESTING TO MONITOR READINGS, FOUND THAT THE SECONDARY TRANSMISSION PRESSURE SWITCH/SENSOR IS READING ERRATIC, TESTED THE WIRING FOR GOOD POWER AND GROUND, GOOD, GAINED ACCESS AND INSPECTED THE SENSOR, FOUND THAT THE REAR WARD PRESSURE SENSOR IS LEAKING TRANSMISSION FLUID THROUGH THE SENSOR, ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT THE SENSOR WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THEN THE SYSTEM RETESTED, INSTALLED NEW SENSOR, CLEARED THE TROUBLE CODES AND RETEST, TROUBLE CODES DID RETURN FOR THE VEHICLE DYNAMICS, PERFORMED ON DEMAND TESTING TO MONITOR READINGS, FOUND THAT THE SENSOR FOR THE PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR DETECTION IS NOT RESPONDING, TESTED FOR GOOD POWER AND GROUND TO ALL OF THE ACCESSIBLE WIRING, GOOD, ADVISED THE CUSTOMER WE WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR PANEL TO FURTHER TEST WIRING TO THE BLIND SPOT DETECTION SENSOR, GAINED ACCESS AND TESTED FOR GOOD POWER AND GROUND, UPON TESTED WHEN MOVING THE WIRING HARNESS FOUND A CONNECTOR NOT FULLY SEATED, CLEANED AND CONNECTED PROPERLY, CLEARED THE TROUBLE CODES AND RETEST, AT THIS TIME NO TROUBLE CODES HAVE RETURNED, REASSEMBLED THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR AND TEST DROVE, OK AT THIS TIME
  • REPLACE SENSOR
  • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check and top-off all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle. RESET MAINTENANCE LIGHT.
  • REPLACE THE REAR BRAKE PADS AND RESURFACE THE REAR BRAKE ROTORS (2MM)

C1422-VDC Interruption for engine convenience U0140-Lost communication with body control module TESTED THE CHARGING SYSTEM AND FOUND THAT THE BATTERY IS TESTING 694/640CCA,TO THE STARTER AND ALTERNATOR ARE GOOD, TESTED POWER AND GROUNDS TO THE BACK UP LIGHT SWITCH, GOOD, TESTED HE BACK UP LIGHT SWITCH AND FOUND AN OPEN CIRCUIT, BACK UP LIGHT SWITCH HAS FAILED INTERNALLY AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED, DURING TESTING ALSO FOUND OPEN CIRCUIT IN THE CLUTCH PEDAL SWITCH AND FOUND A HOSE FROM THE CLUTCH MASTER TO SLAVE CYLINDER LEAKING, RECOMMEND THAT THESE ALSO BE REPLACED, INSTALLED NEW BACK UP LIGHT SWITCH AND CLUTCH SWITCH, REPLACED THE CLUTCH MASTER TO SLAVE HOSE AND BLEED HE BRAKE SYSTEM, CLEARED THE TROUBLE CODES AND RETEST, OK AT THIS TIME

  • REPLACE TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP, CAM AND CRANK SHAFT SEALS, OIL PUMP O-RING, 3 IDLER PULLEYS and AUTOMATIC TENSIONER, AND THERMOSTAT.

  • UPON INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE WATER PUMP IS LEAKING ALONG WITH TWO BYPASS HOSES, REPLACED WATER PUMP AND GASKET, INSTALLED NEW THERMOSTAT, REPLACE BOTH BY PASS HOSES, ADJUSTED THE AC BELT, FILLED AND TOPPED OFF THE COOLANT TO THE PROPER FLUID LEVEL, RETEST OK AT THIS TIME
  • REPLACE BOTH BY PASS HOSES
  • REPLACE WATER PUMP AND GASKET, THERMOSTAT, AND BOTH BY PASS HOSES
  • UPON INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE AC BELT IS A LITTLE LOSE, TIGHTEN UPON REPLACEMENT OF WATER PUMP, RETEST, NOT MAKING NOISE AT THIS TIME
