UPON INSPECTION SCANNED THE VEHICLE FOR TROUBLE CODES AND FOUND TROUBLE CODES P0700 AT system malfunction P2135 TP sensor A/B correlation PERFORMED TESTING ON THE THROTTLE BODY AND TESTED CONTINUITY, TESTED B12 TI B17 PINS TO THE PCM AND IT IS SHOWING 345 OHMS, THIS READING SHOULD BE 0, WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE THROTTLE BODY AND THEN RETEST THE SYSTEM, INSTALLED NEW THROTTLE BODY AND CLEARED THE TROUBLE CODES, TEST DROVE AND AT THIS TIME NO TROUBLE CODES HAVE RETURNED, WILL HAVE THE CUSTOMER DRIVE AND REPORT BACK IF THERE ARE FURTHER ISSUES

INSPECT ACTION OF SHIFT LINKAGES, LINKAGE PIVOT POINT FOR 3RD AND 4TH-FOUND A PIECE OF METAL DEBRIS WEDGED NOT ALLOWING PROPER SHIFT ACTION. REMOVED DEBRIS AND TEST DROVE AGAIN. SHIFTS GOOD NOW. CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID, GOOD AND AT PROPER LEVEL.

PERFORMED CHARGING SYSTEM TEST, BATTERY TESTING GOOD, POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL IS AS TIGHT AS IT WILL GO HOWEVER IS LOSE ON THE BATTERY ALTERNATOR TESTING GOOD, PERFORMED DRAW TEST, FOUND THE VEHICLE TO HAVE A 4 AMP DRAW, LET THE VEHICLE PCM GO INTO SLEEP MODE AND STARTED TESTING FUSES, FOUND THE RELAY FOR THE AC CLUTCH SHORTED OUT INTERNALLY CAUSING THE RELAY TO STAY ON, INSTALLED NEW AC CLUTCH RELAY AND RETESTED THE AC SYSTEM, AC IS NOT WORKING, FURTHER INSPECTION WE FOUND PAG OIL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE VEHICLE, RECHARGED THE AC SYSTEM, FOUND THE RINGS AT THE AC COMPRESSOR ARE LEAKING, WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE O-RINGS AND RETEST, INSTALLED NEW O-RINGS ON BOTH AC LINES TO THE AC COMPRESSOR AND RETEST, NO FURTHER LEAKS DETECTED AT THIS TIME, AC IS WORKING, REMOVED THE OLD POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE END AND SOLDERED A NEW POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE END ON, RETEST, POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE IS NO SECURE ON THE POSITIVE BATTERY POST
