  • UPON INSPECTION TESTED THE CHARGING SYSTEM, FOUND THAT THE BATTERY IS TESTING GOOD, ALTERNATOR IS TESTING LOW, TESTED THE ALTERNATOR AND FOUND THAT IT IS FAILING INTERNALLY, WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR AND THEN RETEST THE SYSTEM, REMOVED THE FAILED ALTERNATOR AND INSTALLED NEW, RETEST THE SYSTEM, AT THIS TIME THERE ARE NO FURTHER LIGHTS ON AND THE CHARGING SYSTEM IS WORKING AS DESIGNED
  • INCLUDES LOAD TESTING BATTERY AND CHECK SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL DRAW.
  • REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR

  • UPON INSPECTION SCANNED THE VEHICLE FOR TROUBLE CODE, FOUND TROUBLE CODES P0300 Random miss fire P0303 #3 cylinder misfire INSPECTED THE #3 SPARK PLUG AND FOUND CARBON TRACKING ON IT DUE TO COIL FAILURE, ADVISED THE CUSTOMER WE RECOMMEND THE REPLACEMENT OF ALL SPARK PLUGS AND THEN #3 IGNITION COIL, REPLACED ALL OF THE SPARK PLUGS AND INSTALLED A NEW #3 IGNITION COIL, CLEARED THE TROUBLE CODES AND RETEST, OK AT THIS TIME

  • WE SCANNED FOR CODES: P0402-EGR FLOW EXCESSIVE. THIS CODE SETS WHEN THE PRESSURE RATIO OF THE MAP SENSOR SIGNAL AND THE EXHAUST PRESSURE SENSOR SIGNAL ACROSS THE EGR VALUE IS NOT AS EXPECTED. THE ESTIMATED EGR PERCENT IS GREATER THAN THE MAXIMUM LIMIT FOR THE OPERATING CONDITIONS. WE TESTED THE MAP SENSOR AND FOUND IT FAULTY. WE TRIED CLEANING HE SENSOR WITHOUT SUCCESS. WE REPLACED THE SENSOR, CLEARED THE CODE AND TEST DROVE. THE CODE DID NOT RETURN AND THE ENGINE POWER IS NORMAL.
  • REPLACE MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE (MAP) SENSOR.

  • UPON INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS LOOK NEW, FRONT AND REAR BRAKE ROTORS ARE GLAZED, ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT WE CAN RESURFACED THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE ROTORS, SCUFF UP THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS AND THEN RETEST, UPON GAINING ACCESS TO THE RIGHT FRONT BRAKE ROTOR TO RESURFACE FOUND THAT THE RIGHT FRONT BRAKE CALIPER IS SEIZED, WILL NEED TO REPLACE BOTH FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS AND FLUSH THE SYSTEM, RESURFACED THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE ROTORS, SCUFFED THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS, REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPERS AND PERFORMED BRAKE SYSTEM FLUSH, TEST DROVE AND REINSPECTED, OK AT THIS TIME
  • UPON INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE WINDOW REGULATOR HAS FAILED, GAINED ACCESS TO THE FAILED WINDOW REGULATOR, REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW WINDOW REGULATOR AND RETEST, OK AT THIS TIME

THE CEL IS ON, SCANNED VEHICLE FOR CODES AND FOUND CODES FOR GLOW PLUGS, THIS COULD CAUSE THE LACK OF POWER AND SMOKE. RECOMMEND REPLACING GLOW PLUGS AND RETEST. ALSO NOTICE FAN CLUTCH NOT WORKING PROPERLY, RECOMMEND REPLACE FAN CLUTCH.

  • UPON INSPECTION VERIFIED THE CUSTOMERS CONCERN, PRESSURE TESTED THE SYSTEM AND SAW COOLANT LEAKING FROM A HOSE BELOW THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING, GAINED ACCESS TO FAILED HOSE AND INSTALLED NEW HOSE, FILLED AND TOPPED OFF THE COOLANT TO THE PROPER FLUID LEVEL, RETEST THE SYSTEM, NO FURTHER COOLANT LEAK DETECTED AT THIS TIME
